Tell us what happened
A short message with the relevant page address is a useful place to start. If something does not work, tell us what you tried, what you expected and what appeared instead. Include your browser and device type when the problem seems technical.
A screenshot can help, but crop out email addresses, account details and anything personal first. Please do not send an entire chat history when one sentence or a description of the issue will do.
Choose a clear subject
- Website issue: a broken link, unreadable text, missing image or display problem. Include the page URL.
- Adapter question: include the release name, base model and application you are using, if known. Remove access tokens and private prompts from any error message. Questions about another platform’s infrastructure should go to its support team.
- Content correction: quote the line you think is wrong and explain what needs changing. A source is helpful if the issue concerns a factual claim.
- Privacy request: tell us whether you are asking about information, access, correction or deletion. Give only the details needed to locate the correspondence concerned.
- Content or rights concern: identify the image or passage, describe the concern and let us know how we can contact you.
Keep sensitive details out of your email
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card numbers, identity documents or intimate images. We do not need those details to understand a website issue. If additional information is necessary to address a particular request, its purpose and an appropriate way to provide it should be clarified first.
For a privacy request about earlier emails, writing from the same address may help us find the exchange. Do not send someone else’s correspondence without their permission. Our privacy notice explains the scope of website and email information.
Questions about a payment or another service
If you subscribed on a different website, check the confirmation email for the seller’s name and support address. Contact that provider about its charges, cancellation process, account access or chat history. A link from ZlingaLora does not give us access to another company’s account system.
If you are unsure which page took you there, send us the link and describe the route you followed. Do not include full payment details.
Replies and follow-up
Email is not a live-support channel. We do not publish a guaranteed response time. If you need to add information, reply to your original message so the context stays together rather than opening several separate conversations.
This inbox is not an emergency or crisis service. For an immediate risk to your safety, contact local emergency services or someone nearby who can help.
You can also read about the project or review our website terms before writing.
