Browsing these pages
You do not need to register to read the site or browse the character illustrations. These pages do not have a chat input, an account-registration form or a payment form. Browsing a portrait does not start a private conversation with that character.
Your browser must connect to the website’s hosting infrastructure to receive pages and images. That connection exposes technical information such as an IP address and the requested URL to the systems handling it. Hosting or security services may record requests to deliver pages, diagnose faults or investigate abuse. This is separate from information you choose to send in an email.
We do not claim that visiting a website leaves no technical record. The absence of a sign-up form does not, by itself, establish anonymous browsing or zero retention.
Cookies and browser storage
The page features used here do not require an advertising cookie, a profile stored in your browser or a saved conversation. The character carousel changes the illustration shown on screen; it does not ask you to identify yourself or store a chat history.
This description concerns the website’s page features. Hosting, security systems and a site opened through an external link are separate. You can inspect cookies and stored data using your browser’s site settings and remove them there. Clearing local data does not erase emails or records held on a server.
If you email us
Writing to info@zlingalora.app sends us your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you include. An email can also contain a display name and technical delivery information. This information is needed to read the request, understand its context and reply.
Keep the message limited to the issue you want to resolve. For a broken page, a URL and a description are usually enough. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, identity documents, full card details or intimate images. Remove other people’s details from screenshots.
Email delivery involves mail providers. Do not treat ordinary email as a confidential vault or send private chat transcripts merely to ask a general question.
Records, retention and service providers
Browser data, hosting records and email correspondence are different records. They should not be assumed to share a deletion date. We do not publish a fixed retention period here because a single period would not reliably describe all of them.
For information about a specific exchange or technical record, contact us with the date, page or email address concerned. You can ask what information is held, why it is needed, who handles it and whether it can be deleted. Do not assume that closing a browser tab deletes server-side records.
The adapter and the system running it
ZlingaLora is a LoRA modification, not a chat-hosting service. A model adapter does not establish where your conversations run or who stores them. That depends on the application, inference server and any connected providers you use.
If you run a model locally, check that application’s logging, synchronisation and network settings. If you use a remote model, your prompts are sent to that service. Loading an adapter does not turn a remote service into a private, offline installation.
Separate chat and payment services
Following a link to another domain brings you under that operator’s data-handling arrangements. Its notice should explain what happens to prompts, generated images, voice recordings, account details and payment information. This website notice does not establish the retention or training practices of another AI provider.
Before entering sensitive information, look for clear answers about saved conversations, human review, model training, account deletion and any transfers of data. If you cannot find an answer, ask the provider before sharing. A character’s reassuring reply is not a privacy policy.
Questions and privacy requests
Use our contact page to ask about access to information, correction or deletion. Where applicable law provides rights to object to processing, restrict it or receive a copy of data, you can raise those requests through the same address. The rights available and any exceptions depend on the processing and the law that applies.
We may need enough information to distinguish your request from someone else’s, but do not send identity documents with an initial email. Explain what you are requesting and, where possible, write from the address used in the original exchange. You may also raise a concern with the data-protection authority responsible for your location.
Adults and changes to this notice
This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, contact us without reproducing sensitive material in the report.
The version date below helps you identify the notice you read. A separate chat feature, account system or checkout would need privacy information that describes its actual processing; this notice should not be read as permission for undisclosed collection.
